Service was quick, everything seems to be well repaired or updated, and most of all Richard Tan went above and beyond in overall care, transparency, and service. I would definitely return to this service center.
Jonathan helped me with the installation for Carplay! I have a 2019 Mazda CX3 that didn't have the Carplay originally installed so I had to have the Mazda dealership involved in that. Jonathan gave me texts on the ongoing service which helped me spend time away at the gym nearby until it was done. The service took about 4.5 hours. It was easy to go in and out, I also paid right before my car rolled out due to Jonathan handling that with me. Thank you'
