Culver City Mazda made the car buying experience straight forward, relaxing and we never felt any pressure! All of the employees we worked with were kind and answered all of our questions.
Customers should be informed that an appointment just gets you seen. I would like to know how long my service will take on that day so I can plan my day accordingly.
Going to the dealer for fixing my 17 year old miata may not be the most cost effective choice; however, they are experts on my mazda and they did find and fix every little problem I had. This was including a problem with the power hard top (something that other mechanics don't have much experience with). It was expensive but worth it.

Julio and Micheal were great. They helped get a FANTASTIC car! And gave me a little run down of the functions and abilities that my car has. As well as going above and beyond with cleaning my car.
John Calles is an absolutely stellar professional. Not only was he courteous and accommodating, he was patient, kind, and extremely thorough and communicative. He answered all of my questions, was efficient without cutting corners and stayed in communication throughout the process. I will ALWAYS return to John for service. He really makes a difference!! Our service call at Culver City Mazda went great. John Calles helped us and did a good job explaining everything, The service good, fast and very convenient. We loved that all of the information about the service was on accessible on our phones, including a video showing us all of the test that were done to our car. Thank you John Calles at Culver City Mazda. It was also nice to see Erick Reyes our sales person.
