Today I leased my third mazda from Culver City Mazda and this was the smoothest experience so far. I traded in my second CX-5 for a CX-30 that has a bunch of new tech features that are cool. Most of the whole process was done through texts, which was super easy and quick. We just picked up our new 2024 CX5 and are extremely satisfied with the entire process. A big thank you to Tony for giving us an incredible deal, Roman in the finance department for making the process easy and transparent without pressuring us into an extended warranty, Bryant for patiently and helpfully showing us around, and Arlene for warmly welcoming us with exceptional hospitality. After leasing my car back in early 2021, when the market was great to lease a car, I was very skeptical to get into a new lease as the prices have gone way up. Tony, Arlene, and Bryant not only made the entire experience very easy, but they were able to get me an upgraded version of the CX-5 that I was looking for within my budget. Would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car and will absolutely be coming back to them when the time comes.
I just did a trade in at Culver City Mazda for my new cx-50 and the team was so helpful! Arlene and Tony were super patient with me and answered any and all questions I had to work on the best deal and car. Bryant was super helpful when it came to speaking on features of the car, test driving and delivering my car to me! Dream team. The team at Culver City Mazda was exceptional- Michael and Julio helped me pick out and pay for a car without pressuring and were super kind.
