Richard (Rich) was wonderfully helpful. I am unemployed at the moment and money is tight. My Mazda needed a laundry list of services. Rich guided me through the selection process of what I needed to take care of immediately and what can wait a month or 2. So grateful to have an understanding service tech! I also appreciate the free Lyft, water, and lobby treats.
