I leased a new 2024 CX-5 from Culver City Mazda and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Tony, Arlene, and Bryant - each of them extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I received a great deal and excellent service. Not only did they deliver the car to my work upon lease signing, but they also helped me in setting up short-term car insurance to provide coverage over California's 14-day waiting period for new policies. Jonathan helped me with the installation for Carplay! I have a 2019 Mazda CX3 that didn't have the Carplay originally installed so I had to have the Mazda dealership involved in that. Jonathan gave me texts on the ongoing service which helped me spend time away at the gym nearby until it was done. The service took about 4.5 hours. It was easy to go in and out, I also paid right before my car rolled out due to Jonathan handling that with me. Thank you'
