Professional and nice. They treated me with respect, like they valued my patronage. Made me feel like I made the correct decision to choose this place for their service.
I was given an estimate of 3:30 - 4:00 that the car would be done, But didn't get an update until I called at 4;00. At that time I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes. I got a text at 5:00 barely had time to call to schedule a Lyft back to the dealership. Then I couldn't take care of another issue found during inspection because it the service department was closed. It seems that with the limited amount of technicians and capacity that you have that you could schedule things more efficiently.
My overall experience was great with Culver City Mazda and Miguel, and i will go back for service.
