This was our first time buying a vehicle from Cunningham and we were very pleased. Jim was a wonderful salesman with a great sense of humor and our business manager Nick was very helpful and friendly. I love knowing that everytime I take my car in for work to be done, I will get a loaner and they also will wash my car when the work is done. I highly recommend this dealership!
I have purchased five vechiles (new & used) from this dealership. I worked with Eddie Miller everytime. He response quickly and follow though is the best ! I went to this dealership for a particular used vehicle they had that was priced better than ones I had been checking out. Eddie Miller was my salesman and was he was great. He made me feel human as opposed to some sales people who tend to act superior and treat you as if you are "stupid". He has held up on all his promises relating to the sale. Bought a used Town and Country through Eddie Miller. Great vehicle! Great price! Great service! Body shop and service department helped us alot. With our young kids, we had some "issues" following the purchase which the staff helped cover under warranty. We'd highly recommend Cunningham to anyone looking for a good deal and quality service on new or used vehicles!
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Cunningham Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Dealer in Edinboro and the same salesman, Eddie Miller. We had a great experience both times! The dealer ship it locally owned and operated and makes you feel welcome.
Eddie Miller is simply the best sales associate I have ever encountered when buying a car... used or new. He is relaxed, truthful and competent. We desired a specific type of Minivan with a specific set of options and engine. It was hard to find, yet Eddie pursued it with diligence and kept in contact with us. Great guy to work with always. Cheerful, friendly, listens to exactly what you need, and always goes out of his way to find you just what you need. Great follow-up. So easy to work with. Always happy to recommend him to others. Makes car buying fun! Oh, and he is always prompt with return calls etc.
I did my homework then shopped all of the local Jeep dealers in search of a 2010 Jeep compass 4x4 with a 5 speed. Cunningham did not have the car in stock but chose to help me find the exact car I was looking for. None of the other local dealers went the extra mile for me. When I sat down to make the deal Eddie made calls and searched for any discount or incentive offered. When I did not purchase on the spot , he followed up and found the deal I was looking for. He did an outstanding job, I would recommend him to anyone.
