I purchased an extended warranty from Cunninghams. Sold my car with 2 yrs. left on my policy. They refuse to refund unused years. This is happening to my sister now who has 4 yes. left. Beware when you purchase an extended warranty from them.

Bought a 2016 charger and extended warranty I sold the car 4 years later tried to get the balance of warranty back filled out their paperwork in May told us 4 to 6 weeks for check called because no check yet and they told us there is no paperwork that we did it. They did the same thing to my sister. We have dealt with them for over 30 years now the new owner is horrible will not EVER deal with them again. They also sold my son an R titled truck and wasn't told. What a scam place this is
Crooked people! Stay away from this business. They Crooked people! Stay away from this business. They will talk fair prices but change the numbers on the paperwork. If you not careful you have just signed a document giving your 2021 GMC Terrian as a trade in for $11400 instead of the $27000 it’s worth. No, it wasn’t human error because when we went in the next business day they were rude and wouldn’t even talk about the trade in value. But as the owner says, “I have x amount of signatures”. PLEASE WATCH THESE CROOKS!!!

Had 2014 chrysler 300 inspected . Mechanic stated failed for front calipers and all brakes. Recorded rear pads ar 2/32” upon reinspection padat 12/32”. Front calipers not seized and in working condition.. Tie rod was replaced as indicated movement. Penndot Quality assurance officer notified and viewed vehicle for followup. Service stated sales wanted vehicle. Bad buisness will not be back.
Took 3 days to get apt from time of call, no loaner available (would have to wait 2 weeks) called at 12:45pm to check on status and vehicle wasn't looked at yet, told only one mechanic has ability to work on computers. Brand new weather tech mat clip snapped off and broken.
The service was terrible and I feel you tried to get way more money out of us than was necessary. I was told the cabin filter needed changed so we got it done and now the vents sound like the Jestson’s car. This was not happening before we took the vehicle in. Car also wreaked afterwards.
Dec 2020, Deceptive and underhanded. Cunningham's is promoting a Mail flyer scratch off that may show winning numbers for prizes but it is entirely a scam to get you to provide them with your name and social security number under the pretense that you've won a valuable prize.

Hello GP, There is nothing deceptive nor underhanded about this promotion. Every customer who comes into the dealership wins a prize. EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. We do NOT require a consumer to leave a name NOR a Social Security number unless the consumer wins a prize in excess of $600. We sent out 60,000 mailers, and, as clearly stated in the flyer, there is one winning number for each of the main prizes included in the 60,000 mailers.
