Randy and the other staff in service have always been very kind and appropriate on the phone. When I call, I feel like I am talking with a professional, not some uneducated person off the street. They really seem to want to fix whatever situation is wrong with my vehicle. Even if something isn't necessarily covered by warranty, they have been willing to work with me if I am pressing for coverage. Van is always left clean when they are done servicing it.
I actually had fun buying my car from Cunningham's. Car shopping is never fun! :) Sales staff was attentive and was able to help with any questions or "extras" I wanted for the car even though I was buying a used car. I would recommend Cunningham's to anyone.
Bought several cars, trucks, suv's from them. GREAT service, Best price in area, easy to get along with and they really do put the customer first. These people are low pressure sales people. I tell them exactly what I'm looking for and I am always prepared to tell them what price I feel I should be paying, (ballpark figure). We always reach a compromise where we are both satisfied. Bought Jeep 4XE and felt I got a good deal. While paperwork to submit for federal tax rebate was difficult to acquire we did finally get all we needed.
I bought a vehicle there last year. Had two chips in the windshield. Not to mention I just got pulled over two nights ago because the plates were still for my old car. They told us they did it and that’s what the pink paper was for. Well, it was for my gmc before that. So now I have to park my car until I get it figured out.
very shady would not recommend this company. my jeep was in need of service , when I called Cunningham the first question I was asked was if I purchased the vehicle there. I responded no, the reply was that they do NOT service vehicles that were not purchased there!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst scammers, careful on getting a car here. Sold a car to my 88 yr old mother who with my brother who is mentally unstable. They had just bought a car 6 months ago. Took a card to dealership that said they won money or a jeep. They then talked them into a car, now she has 2 cars no trade in and now has 2 car payments.
