went for a routine oil change, and tire rotation. no went for a routine oil change, and tire rotation. no review of fluids condition, or areas they checked after, and no notice of my tires condition, which I know is over 50% wear, but service made no mention of this after they rotated tires. very basic wait area, service took over 1-1/2 hrs
Had a money saving coupon $39.99 for oil change and general check of fluids. Left paying $180.00. Took advantage age of my wife.....Never go there again.
They told me they could get me the car I wanted on Thursday. They couldn’t get it by Monday because it was sold then tried to get me other cars that I didn’t want. Then magically those were sold by Monday too. It happened 3 times. I can’t say I’ve ever really enjoyed buying a car but these clowns made it the worst experience I have ever had. I’ll go anywhere else in the future.

Hello! We are legally not allowed to hold cars for customers without a down payment. My advice is when you find the right car, put a payment down immediately to avoid the vehicle being sold :) We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Garbage Pretty much the worst place to purchase a car or get service... i had a 10% coupon... It want added to my invoice... didn't receive A tolerance spec report for alignment just the bill, no information on ballpoint or ti-rods wear. was told they will pick up a car and get you a loaner for warranty was previously told that wasn't done I would like called Monday 9 am.
I made an appointment for an engine oil and filter change. It took longer than I expected. The cost was higher than expected. To get a car wash one must ask for it not like other dealers I delt with in the past.
Worst xxxx experience ever. 2 brand new vehicles, selling point was no interest and no payments for 90 days. There's interest and a payment due the first month. THANK YOU FOR SCREWING OVER A VETERAN
Will not buy another car their again. They lied to us about deals and offers, and made me fix the problem and do the leg work, instead of them.
It took 3 attempts on the same day after telling me my moon roof was fixed to actually have it fixed. I checked the moon roof after each time to let them k on it wasn't correct. They should have know before me.
Horrible service Absolutely horrible experience. Was promised in written contract a year of Sirius and dealership was supposed to have taken care of transferring it with the auto purchase. Now we keep getting bills from this service and Cunningham people have ignored us and we cannot get resolution. They tried to tell us there was not contract until we found the copy.
