Wish the warranty I got or the lifetime powertrain ever covered anything. When I'm having misfires through cylinders and over 50k miles and IgCoils are covered but the boots arent?? and though multiple shops saying coils should go with the boots but then that would cover I guess it makes sense to diagnose the boots without the coils though should be replaced together so thanks for charging me 150 to tell me what I already knew along with the between the lines middle fingers to me tryna get me to pay 400 for just cool boots..... read more

Problem wasn’t fixed on first visit but was charged for something that don’t feel should of cost that much. They said it was fixed but wasn’t and I had to go back. Then come to find out problem occurred when they had the car to fix a recall. So I basically paid for them to fix what they created

We purchased a lease vehicle in 2017 and brought it back in 2020 with 2 payments to go to purchase another vehicle. Cunninghams said they would just add the 2 payments to our new purchase. We asked them to use the credit union for the new loan but they checked 6 other banks and dinged out credit bad and never looked at the credit union. Cunninghams never paid the loan company of those 2 payments remaining so that is dinging our credit with late payments. Thought I was being sold the Mopar warranty from the cars sticker contacted Mopar to set up service and get a rental, Was then informethat I did not have coverage with them, turns out I was sold a dealer extended warranty.

Repeated issue, lack of proper resolution We bought two 2019 Jeep Cherokees in June and one has been nothing but a hassle. There was a small chip in the paint and the dealer agreed to fix it before I signed the paperwork the following week. The vehicle was also delivered without the floor mats, the cargo tonneau cover was broken, and the headlights were leaking water. Problem came back I called saturday for service, was told i had to wait until tuesday to get in. Once i was there the problem was said to be fixed a couple hours later. The next day, the check engine light was back on and now i can't get in for another day or two. Should have been seen immediately.

Dissatisfied with service department I’ve had my car to the service department multiple times and NO ONE can determine the problem. I keep getting a pop up on my screen that states Vehicle Phone Requires Service-Contact Your Dealer/but your service department is unable to help me because you didn’t see the pop up that pops up randomly. My GPS could not navigate to a destination however you claim it works and there isn’t a problem! This dealership lies and rips people off. CROOKS! This dealership did nothing but lie to my face and rip me off. They sold me a damaged vehicle. Never disclosed hail damage, and I believe forged a signature. They are shady and cant be trusted. Go somewhere else. Cunningham has made my car purchase a nightmare. The owner even threatened to beat my xxxxing xxx for calling out that he wasnt honoring his word. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Overpriced con artist They wanted$1362 to inspect. I took some where else and it only cost me $321 for same work to b done that's brakes and rotors and exhaust fixed and inspection and emissions
