We love our new door. The two men who installed it did a fantastic job. We weren't just looking for a front door to our home, we were also looking for experienced installers who will do a great job. At the store, the manager Toni, assured us that, and she was right. She knows her products and the craftsmanship of her employees.

I am beyond thrilled with the replacement of all my windows! Jeff Kendall and his entire staff from office personnel to the installers were fabulous to work with. The job was neat, clean and efficient and finished in the stated three day time. Installers vacuumed and cleaned up work space each day. Several have been with Custom Exteriors twenty plus years and love their jobs and it shows! Love my windows and love showing them off to friends and neighbors!

The installers were very efficient. The work was done ahead of schedule. There were a few minor problems with the existing walls and thresholds, but all of the issues were taken care of very quickly. I am very happy with the final product and highly recommend this company.

When we reached out to Custom Exteriors they were quick to respond and very thorough and thoughtful in providing estimates and giving us guidance to make the best decisions for our needs. Our job grew a bit, but Custom Exteriors were right there with us. Our contractor gave us an estimate of 6 months to complete our home renovation work, but as 6 months dragged out beyond a year, Custom Exteriors were very kind to store items we weren't able to install due to delays with permits and engineering. These guys are great, we are so happy with our windows and doors. We worked with David Lopez for the initial planning and he gave us great information and helped us choose exactly what we wanted.
