When we reached out to Custom Exteriors they were quick to respond and very thorough and thoughtful in providing estimates and giving us guidance to make the best decisions for our needs. Our job grew a bit, but Custom Exteriors were right there with us. Our contractor gave us an estimate of 6 months to complete our home renovation work, but as 6 months dragged out beyond a year, Custom Exteriors were very kind to store items we weren't able to install due to delays with permits and engineering. These guys are great, we are so happy with our windows and doors. We worked with David Lopez for the initial planning and he gave us great information and helped us choose exactly what we wanted. We replaced three windows and a glass sliding door. Marco and his crew did an amazing job. They were incredibly professional, and once the work was done, everything was spotless. Amazing work, and I highly recommend them if you’re questioning an install. Love the new windows and door!
Jose and his coworkers were very professional and very good at work. They were highly skilled in working with windows and always tries their best to answer any questions regarding installations. The crew always accommodate your small request like patching small cracks. Scheduled dates were 4 days, they finished up in 3. They did a very fine job with my 8 windows. Kudos to Custom Exteriors for having workers like Jose

Crew chief was openly hostile to me and belittled my concerns. To improve, send someone who is customer oriented, even with a woman customer. The crew did not speak English and damaged our deck during their work. Our contract called for “new construction” windows and retrofit windows were installed. The company refused to correct that. More detail is available upon request.

On the paper I signed at the completion of work, I stated "The front door weather stripping is to be replaced tomorrow (This did not happen). Permit was not shown to me (I'm guessing you did not apply for one). Paint near front door was damaged (Your worker left a small bottle of Precision Color and another unmarked bottle. I guess you wanted me to finish the work). The work was done on 12/19/23. This request for a review was sent to me on 2/12/25. You're a little slow on updating your records.
