The installers were very efficient. The work was done ahead of schedule. There were a few minor problems with the existing walls and thresholds, but all of the issues were taken care of very quickly. I am very happy with the final product and highly recommend this company.

When we reached out to Custom Exteriors they were quick to respond and very thorough and thoughtful in providing estimates and giving us guidance to make the best decisions for our needs. Crew chief was openly hostile to me and belittled my concerns. To improve, send someone who is customer oriented, even with a woman customer. The crew did not speak English and damaged our deck during their work. Our contract called for “new construction” windows and retrofit windows were installed. The company refused to correct that.
