Wow, Ricardo has been so good with taking care of the business. Any situation that arises I must say he comes in an handles it. My kitchen drawer looked like it was going to fall apart, the radiator in my daughter room was acting out, I made an appointment and he came right out. Thanks Ricardo.

I don’t know where to start! I love living in a building where any issue can be resolved within minutes! The Property Manager Ashanti makes sure of that. This is my first apartment and any questions I had she was there to help at every step of the way. She is nice, respectful and attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better Property Manager! Thank you for ALWAYS being there Ashanti!

I just moved in to my apartment & I love it. I also loved the welcoming card when I move in, from my Property Manager Ashanti. That was so sweet, and she called & checked on me a few days after moving in, to see was everything good. I love her energy.

I have lived at the Pangea apartments for over 6 months now and I'm very happy here. Ashanti the property manager is very attentive with the tenants. She is always available to help answer any questions and quick to fix an repairs in an adequate time. She goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Good evening.. I am a resident that stay in one of the Pangea Real Estate apartments my property manager.. Ms Ashanti whom which is the best always make sure that everything is going ok and always stay on top of any issues.. Pangea has really opened up doors for me and my family I would suggest if your looking for a 1,2, or 3 bedroom north, south, east, or west their only a phone call away.

As always Fernando came and did his job. We the tenants can only account for how we care for our housing but thanks to Pangeare they do offer extermination. I’m grateful because I can’t stand walking and crawling uninvited guests. Thanks
