Though it was hard getting in the door, Pangea is selective for a reason. Thanks to all the hard work and service I’ve gotten from all the staff, but my experience has been made especially friendly and at home thanks to my property manager, Ashanti Cole! She has been more than welcoming and involved with my experience — I appreciate all that she and Pangea do to make me feel at home here.

I’ve been with pangea now since August! I really love my apartment! It was cleaned when I moved in and I didn’t have time to view it prior to moving in but it exceeded my expectations! My first issue is my toilet is always clogging. Lol. It’s been like that since the first flush. The second is the laundry room always has broken machines! Other than that the building is clean my neighbors are quiet and friendly! Ashanti is my landlord She called and made sure my move went smoothly so I appreciate that!

First and foremost I do want to take the time to brag on my PM Ashaunti she honestly made my transition with moving easy from smart to finish! My apartment is wonderful and I love it! She honestly have a passion for her job. Thanks again Ashaunti for everything. If I could’ve rated more than 5 stars she definitely would’ve received it.

Just when I thought I've seen my share of good management and customer service, I meet Ashanti! This property manager is on another level. She is definitely of ELITE status. Before I moved in, I did a second overview of the apartment. I found a welcome card (hand written) on the kitchen sink from Ashanti. She wrote a very warm and welcoming message with her contact information. The day of move in , the movers didn't even get the last box in before she called.
