I put in a request for pest control at my unit and Fernando did an awesome job. He took his time in searching my unit for points of entry. He was patient, kind and also professional. He explained everything he was doing step by step and addressed all my concerns. Five stars!!

I lived at my apartment for almost 2 years and had no complaints. The property manager Magnolia Lipscomb does a fine job managing the properties and anything needed she gets it done, and she's a sweetheart, along with Maggie Keyah who treated me with respect and kindness. Both are great people who care about the tenants. Thumbs up for both

I’ve been struggling with pest issue for a couple months! Fernando and Daniel came out right away filled all the holes in my apartment and sprayed my apartment for bugs very friendly and helpful and did it under a hour! Best service I’ve had since I’ve been with Pangea ! Very happy with my service.

I’m so thankful for my property manager Ashanti she always goes above and beyond, Very fast replies and responses and always there to help whenever you need her! I haven’t been able to get my mail since my new address change and she made sure I got them even coming to my apartment twice due to me not being able to pick them up! She’s so AWESOME we need more like her.
