My Property Manager Shaina is the greatest🌟 I almost forgot to renew my lease. Due to my hectic work schedule. Thank goodness Shaina called me with a reminder. If not for her attention to detail, communication and organization skills, I would have been charged $200 a month on top of my rent. With my small budget I appreciated the heads-up👍. My property manager magnolia is wonderful property manager. When there is a problem, she is easy to communicate with and quick to handle the situation. My building is always clean and quiet. I have never had any major problems since I have lived in my apartment for these 2 years. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager.
