I've lived in my Pangea apartment for three years. The space is perfect for the price. I have easy access to the Metra and public transportation. Ashanti has been very professional and helpful whenever I have questions. Thank you.

I've live in my Pangea Southshore apartment for three years. The space was perfect for the price. Easy access to the Metra and public transportation. Now as I make the transition to my first home my property manager Ms. Ashanti made the process very easy. She was pleasant and professional. Ashanti really made everything easy. If there are promotions available she should definitely get one.

Kevin.ive been with pangea for bout 3 years Overall a nice place to live.however, the heating is not good.There are a few very noisey tenants in this unit Loud music, arguments, sometimes day and night.But Dario the property mngr took care of these problems.and i thank him for his work.great job Dario!

I have been a Pangaea Tennant for almost a year and this pandemic has made it so difficult, but I have been blessed to have an Amazing property manager Ms. Jonte Griffin. She has supported me through it all.... Having tested positive for covid and losing my job she was with me every step...keeping in touch making sure I was ok. Ashanti, my property manager and Keyah, the office manager, were more than helpful assisting me throughout my entire process. Keyah was exceptionally great explaining everything within my lease. Ashanti always made herself available and made sure I was doing exactly what I needed to do to expedite my process to moving in.
