Cym living south shore came to my unit today and brought me a fridge since one there already wasn't working well. Ashanti Cole the building manager kept up with the order and worked to get it done she has been a great manager .very respectful and makes sure stuff gets done in a reasonable time thank you

I’d like to give a strong and appreciative shout out to my building manager, Ashanti! I lost my keys running errands over the holidays last week and CYM policy dictates that I have to go through online maintenance put in an emergency request for keys and their standard time is five days. I wanted to get recognition to my property manager Ashanti she makes sure things get done she always answers my phone calls she goes above and beyond for whatever reason .she's very kind and pleasant always has a smile on her face she also follows up with the tenants to make sure everything was taken care of. she makes sure our buildings and hallways stay clean. She comes by and checks on our building I like that. Just want to say if any promotions come up keep Ashanti in mind you won't regret it.

I must say things have gotten better around these parts. I count that to the new building manager Ashanti. She’s great! She responds and actually answer my calls. She’s been on it with keeping the property kept up! Grateful to have her.
