Just resigned my lease because I’m so happy with my apartment!!! I’m so happy with my service with Melanie she’s very hospitable and caring. Made the entire experience very comforting

So to be completely honest, after moving in in august of 2020 until December I wasn’t really feeling the way things were being handled but once I was able to talk to Aerriel, things were a lot better. She has definitely went above and beyond to keep her residents informed and she is always on top of things. This is my first apartment and if I ever move, the next manager has a lot to live up to

Aerriel is an amazing landlord. This last year has been insane for everybody, but she was so understanding and caring despite me being behind on rent. She heard me out, addressed the concerns she had but never was disrespectful or rude. At times it’s hard to know that a landlord cares on a personal level but not with this one. I lucked out and will never take that for granted. Keep being amazing and tell them to give you a raise lol you deserve it

I had a problem Fernando and Daniel came and took me seriously they were patient gentlemen they found the problem i have a sense of relief i kept saying thank you. My building manager Ariel I sent a request for her to call me she called me within 2 hours great job. My 3rd year with pangea

My Pangea Property Manager Magnolia has been great to me since the 1st day I moved in a little over 2 yrs ago. She is always professional, and makes herself available whenever I've had questions or concerns. Even with the current Covid-19 pandemic, loss of income or anything she's always looked out for me the best way she can. - Spencer Wilson
