My agent IS Rosa - emphasis on the “is” because she made my experience so welcoming and inviting from start to finish, I really feel I could use her as a resource when appropriate. I wasn’t quite satisfied with the unit I had selected to view so she pitched several others and within a few days coordinated with the leasing office to get me signed on my new home! I’m in zone 2 and Lakeyah has been very helpful with getting my keys, I ordered replacement keys that are taking longer than usual. she has been very patient and courteous with me, also has great communication skills!

Pangea is a good rental company and Aerriel W. was a great property manager. Very helpful, friendly and quick with responses on any problems. She shows what a true property manager is and how the jobs is suppose to be done

I am very pleased with my property manager. She was very helpful, kind and considerate in my moving. She even went beyond the call of duty to ensure I received any mail prior to my forwarding address. I recommend more managers are trained in the use of customer service. While living at 2349 e 73rd st unit 2, my manager was always available and forthcoming with options along with consistent updates in my living situation. When I say I truly love my building manager Ms Magnolia She is everything a tenant can ask for. She get right to the issues I had since day one she been involved I truly appreciate her. Todayyy I’m Happpyyyy. Oscar P & Elohim M did such an amazing job on my floors. They took out the carpet throughout my apartment and installed the flooring. They really did a very good job. They were helpful and prompt. They got the job done ! I wish you guys can see the floor. They also painted and it looks so bright and live in here. Thank you so much Oscar & Elohim !!!

I’ve been a tenant in my unit for about 2 and a half years now and I’ve been pleased with my duration of my stay. If I have any issues throughout my unit they are addressed right away. My Property Manager Aerriel is the second manager I’ve had since living in my unit and she has been the most pleasant and understanding property manager a tenant can have. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are Satisfied.

I Live in the South Shore Neighborhood. I’ve had an issue in my unit over a couple days & Aerriel has been a BIGGG Helppp ! I’m So Thankful For Her & Her Patience With Me Throughout the Situation.
