I'm really not the review type but I have been in my apartment for a while now and I feel Pangea is deserving of a few roses. I've really been impressed by their availability even during covid where most businesses have scaled back their customer service. Magnolia, my property manager hasn't missed a beat and I am very appreciative of her and the company as a whole.

In the past, I have usually moved whenever my work location changed. Recently I found a job that I can call a career so I needed a more permanent home. I was recommended to Pangea through a friend who directed me to Maggie. She was so nice and helpful, I was a little picky but she was very patient with me and was able to find me everything I needed for my new place. I highly recommend Maggie and look to recommend Pangea whenever someone asks about finding a new place.

This is actually my first apartment so I was very new to the whole process. The staff was able to help me tremendously with everything I needed and was always available even though I had a million questions. I haven't had many maintenance issues in fact the only thing I requested was a new shelving unit in my closet. The maintenance staff was very professional and came quickly right at the scheduled time. I definitely would recommend Pangea for any renter but especially for first-time renters.
