Shaina Fields is my property manager with Pangea Real Estate. Shaina has been such a blessing since I first met her. She is ALWAYS cheerful and super helpful. ALWAYS extremely responsive. She explains things clearly with excellent customer service. Shaina is very attentive to my concerns and needs and knowledgeable. I would give her 10 stars if I could because she ALWAYS follows up with transparency.

I want to give kudos to Maggie the property manager. Any and every time I call her about anything, she is always on top of it and efficient in handling anything. She is always available which means sooo much! She speaks from her heart and it doesn’t go unnoticed!! The property itself does not reflect my rating as it is the complete opposite. Maggie makes the difference. She is very professional, transparent and honest which is really hard to come by now a days.

I have been in my apartment almost 3 years and I love it. My property manager (Shaina) has been amazing anything I have questions about or any issues that I’ve had she has been on top of her game. She gets back to you in a timely manner and she also makes sure that everything is resolved right away. If I could give her more stars I absolutely would. Thank you Shaina for being an amazing and wonderful manager. May you continue to grow within the company and all that you do. You are truly appreciated😊😊

Ms Fields has given me an elite experience as a tenant at Pangea. She’s kept me abreast to any and everything involved with my account and has made sure all issues were resolved. Also Ms Fields always has a professional and pleasant approach when in communication. I feel confident and content living here knowing she is my property manager.

I absolutely love my apartment. They have been very prompt with maintenance , I have had no issues in my neighborhood nor complex. I have no pests in my home and no issues with my neighbors. Every question has been answered and followed up with. From vowing my apartment until Now I can say I love my experience. My property manager (magnolia)and the treatment I receive is exactly why I love pangea.. even during this pandemic they have been patient and helpful! I promise you. Give pangea a try. Ms. Shaina Fields is the best property manger. Was having a hard time at first with things that was going on with the unit. She hop right on top of the problem to make sure I was a happy tenant. She’s definitely the best.

Thanks to Maggie at Pangea Real estate south shore, I was able to find the perfect home. She was very kind and really helpful. I am so happy I was able to find a nice place for a reasonable price.
