Ms.Shaina is the best!. I’ve had several managers in the past, but she is the one I’d like to keep. She sends maintenance quick and always knows what’s going on at our building.” Five stars aren’t enough. I wish I could give her more.

Ariel is an amazing PM. She texts and calls back appropriately. It took for her to be my PM in order for maintenance to come out and do their job. I feared moving, even with the issues that would cause anyone to pick up and move, because no one has done what she’s done. She and I have a really good rapport and I’ll take her over Ms Rude Tina any day! Thank you Ariel! You are greatly appreciated!

Ms Shaina Fields has been a total Godsend for the tenants here at 6907 S.Merrill. She is very attentive to problems,issues. and resolution is her middle name. She has compassionate for others it's not often you find someone that is sympathetic to your needs especially with us going through this pandemic. Her warmth and sensitivity dealing with problems really puts me at ease she goes above and beyond her job and I am greatly appreciative that she is my property manager job well done Ms Shania Fields A+!!!!!!

I've lived with Pangea 4 years & I love my apartment. I recently got a new manager Shaina and she is the best! She does a great job of communicating with me when I have issues. She even had someone bring me a turkey on thanksgiving! 5 Stars for this lady.

I have been with pangea also 3 years the maintenance team is great they are gentlemen and I put my request in yesterday the man came today very helpful and nice my property manager is nice building quite. Thumbs up pangea.
