I LOVE MY PROPERTY MANAGER AT PANGEA ASHANTI, SHE REALLY HELPS ME WITH ANY PROBLEMS I MAY HAVE SHE IS JUST A TEXT AWAY….I LOVE PANGEA BECAUSE OF HER.

I LOVE PANGEA ESPECIALLY MY PROPERTY MANAGER ASHANTI. She really cares for her clients and has real resources that help her clients. I’m glad to be apart of Pangea and ever happier to have my property manager ASHANTI. Thank you PANGEA

39 degrees outside and No heat once again, this Saturday morning and no one is putting forth my ch effort. The building manager says to me: I read your slanderous remarks.” Gooood, but not slandering when my words are true. Maybe, someone should take a look at what is being said and make some adjustments. He has 300 clients maybe that’s too much for him, Also, Vincent tells me that another month will go by before I can get a $40 refund. That’s 2 months wait time in total!!! I have never had such a horrible experience with renting and the problems that has come with this apartment. I was charged for a screen that was missing when I moved in, I paid because I thought maybe I missed paying the $40, so I call to inquire and found that charge for the screen. Vincent is hard to communicate with very arrogant, so as he asked I was patient but even after speaking with him over a month and a half ago, no refund, so he tells me not to pay that portion and he, Vincent would get around to adjusting the boo... read more

I am back again with another review. thanks again for showing up and getting things done Daniel and Fernando. I also wanna give a special thanks to edwardo from maitnance for coming in and explaining why things was happening and reassuring me that the situation will soon be resolved. the leaking stopped because pest control and maitnance .... however you spell it lol. thanks guys my severe anxiety is getting a little better. and im safe

I want to give a Very Big Thank you to Fernando he is a very nice gentlemen. Fernando faithfully came in and did an awesome job with pest control even when he seen how upset and frustrating the situation was he took time out to explain the process and continued treatment in my home. He does his job with grace and he is very reassuring. Thank you Fernando for being A1 in really doing your job and being pleasant with us all. Another super jewel Pangea has. Thanks so much. Even though she knows how frustrated I have been with different situations she has successfully help resolve or have resolved them all.
