Theses apartment are over priced and ain’t worth the headache. They renovate units in roach infested building and expect you to pay 1200 a month or more. Do not recommend

I moved into my apartment with the impression that my apartment would be cleaned and it was not. I had to clean up mold on the windows and also my windows in my unit are broken. I have reached out plenty of times and still nothing. I have even told Ashanti and maintenance about the issue and they seem to not know anything. Told me that someone will come and didn’t give me a date or name or anything. My mailbox was broken when I moved in as well but they came to fix that but I am now experiencing roaches in my unit that I did... read more

Ashanti is the best I never knew the other property managers at 6959 S Merrill she welcomed her self stated who she was she came to the unit and also called now that's a property manager you go girl I changed my mind about moving when she came if she leave I think I'll leave too she stated that things will get better and so far she Is on serious business/It's business that's it that's all it's her job Pangea please pay her well she's doing a Awesome job already......

For some reason my back door got jammed up and I couldn’t exit, an emergency worker came and removed the problem the next day. Ricardo came out and looked at what was going on and as always he had the necessary part and I didn’t have to wait nervously for the part that had to be ordered. Thanks OM

We know that snow has been falling and shoveling is essential to get out and move around. I park in a garage, the door is blocked on a regular so I posted a sign and also mentioned this to the building manager Vince, no response. So, the custodians came over to shovel the snow in the front of the building and the back but not in front of the garage, I decided to pay her to get the snow from in front of the garage, I don’t feel I should but I needed to have it done. Since former property manager Michael left about 4 years ago, property management has been from touch and go to non-existent. Ashanti has made my living experience much better with the attention paid to my issues. Her accessibility is amazing. I will be updating this review when the warm weather comes as we've had a horrendous time with our dumpsters, smells, and alley cleanliness thus far.
