I've been in out of several facilities and this one by far was the best. I don't like thats kinds of for my family to visit and a pain to have to travel to Salinas for my dialysis appointments but I'd go again if I needed.

My experience here at Cypress has been extraordinary. So many dedicated professionals, caring for you in the most extraordinary way. I'm in awe, of the professionalism & tendency that they show to each and every patient. On a scale from 1-100, I definitely feel confident in giving cypress a 100% on everything. Ren & Joanna in admission, truly have this place in hand, and shines with their leadership.

Our cousin has been there for a month now. He has transitioned from skilled nursing care to hospice. The facility is clean, always smells fresh, rooms are bright and more spacious than other facilities we have seen. Darci, Social Services Director was very helpful in working with the VA to transfer from Medicare to VA coverage. Ren in Admissions, was helpful and friendly on getting our family member admitted. I was sent to Cypress Ridge Care Center earlier this year after I got sick. Admittedly I didn't want to go there as it is over 100 miles from my home but my attitude changed after my first day. I was there for over 100 days, so I got to know the place pretty well. The whole staff there from the cleaning staff all the way up to the Doctors were really good. Staff at this building are very friendly, managers are super helpful and answers all my concern. They take good care of their patient and the building is well kept.

Even though my mother wasn't able to stay very long. Cypress Ridge was just fantastic! Even though my mom was sent out due to a unexpected post surgery complication, Michelle continued to check on her and checked on our family to see how things were. She always offered support for our family even though our mom wasn't her patient under her care. She was happy to explain things that was happening with our mom's care at the hospital. We will for sure be returning back once my mom is cleared to return to Cypress Ridge!

I recently had to come visit my Aunt here at Cypress Ridge and everything here has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Her therapy was amazing! Over all the whole process was very smooth and the care they provide is one of the best that I've seen. They make us feel comfortable and we never have to worry about how she is doing and we know that she is in good hands.

Great experience. Staff was attentive and answered all my questions. Having a parent in a care home is always difficult for anyone. But overall we have had a positive transition.

Care was overall good from the nurses. The Nurse Practitioner Michelle was amazing and provided high quality care., You could tell she was knowledgeable but also caring. Some CNAs were dismissive. I was there to visit a friend several times per week. The doctor I think his name was Dr Auerbuck only met once, didnt listen, dismissive and rude. Food is horrible. This pertains to my friends stay from November into December.
