The staff that cares for patients is wonderful. The administration leaves a lot to be desired. Repeated requests to assist a patient were ignored over months of time. The new administrator is a tattle tale. Be careful what you say or do in his presence.

While no one would want to be away from their home unfortunately sometimes people need extra care. My mother has been in Cypress Ridge for the last month as a result of a Stroke. She has received excellent care from the staff, at this facility. They are friendly to the residents and visitors. The facility is clean and they attend to the residents as soon as they are available. I spent nearly two years at this facility, and I would have to say my experience was very much a positive one. I experienced the staff as caring, attentive, and quick to action when needed. The residents are happy, the facility smells clean, and the view of the ocean is amazing!! I would definitely recommend sending your family member or loved one to Cypress Ridge!

My mom went to Cypress Ridge after a hospital stay. Everyone has been so wonderful starting from Michelle from admissions to Jasmine Aurora Z. Aurora Arthur Carlos Howard Mulvena Markesha. Just a few names of all the caring staff at Cypress Ridge. They are always there to help her with any of her needs. They take their time to go over our moms progress and to answer all our questions. They are a very professional company and I am so glad my mom is in such good hands

My husband was transferred her after spending over 30 days in two hospitals. There isn't enough good I can say about this place. The admin from Michelle to Arthur to many others and the nurses just don't come any better. You can be assured that if you choose this for a loved one, they will receive the very best care and attention. I cannot thank the staff enough. My husbands progress was faster than expected thanks to Cypress. Sending LOVE and THANKS to all of you

Great staff, Pinky and Addeson especially who went out of their way to help and assist my brother with admitting and preparing his short term stay. In fact everyone I had contact with was extremely professional, friending and helpful. The facility is three star but the staff is five star. The noise and activity level was quiet high, plus there were three persons in the room that added to the in and out activity. Food was good and plentiful. My father is a patient here. It's an awesome place. The nurses really care about the patients and the visitors. They always have a smile on their face, helpful, will do their best to keep the patients in good mood like joking... We are so happy to find this place!!! We highly recommended to anyone. Thank you so so so much for taking good care of my father. You're doing a wonderful job. Thank you, thank you. Keep doing the same way.

This facility is horrible. When I was having incognative issues and transferred back to the hospital, the staff stole all my belongings. Never got them back. Horrible situation. Still hurts.

I was there for one hour of hell. I broke my upper leg and hip and I left the place and then I was kicked out for leaving. So I have heard it changed hands and I'm hoping it will be better as my mother is there for respite and I will take her out if I need. I was terrorized by the insulting nurse who would not allow pain medication until I dumped my backpack out. I said no and she told me I had to.
