This is our 2nd time here with our Father a 102yr old WWII Veteran and the CRC staff ( Michelle, Ryan, John, Ella, Jovanne, Aaron, Christine etc.) have been just wonderful!! We are an active, involved family ( which I highly recommend ) so we appreciate the Care, PT, OT, community that this facility offers!

My aunt Cindy was admitted here in March for a hip replacement. After arriving at the facility she had a complication from the medication she was given at the hospital so she went back to the hospital. After two days she was sent back to Cypress Ridge care center. There the team put together a plan to help her recover. She was up and walking comfortability in 3 days. I'm very impressed with the level of care provided at this facility. Ryan was very helpful with weekend communication regarding visitation. Thank you!

My 86-year old mother was admitted here at the end of January, and stayed for nearly 3 weeks. It was her first time in this type of a facility, so of course I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. I read the Yelp reviews before she was admitted, and felt relieved to know that many people had very good things to say. I agree with the good reviews. Cypress Ridge is definitely the right place to send your loved one. They have very attentive staff that truly go above and beyond. Their administrator, Ryan was always available to answer questions and helped put anxious minds at ease. Michelle, their marketing director answered all of my questions related to their facility and I was shown pictures of their facility as tours aren't allowed at this time. Thank you Cypress Ridge! To all the therapists and nurses and CNAs and housekeepers I want to send my heartfelt gratitude for getting Mom back home to us following her accident. She was so happy to have such great care and therapy! You can highly recommended from CHOMP and I see why. Recently my mother finance had a accident and after his surgery he was sent to Cypress Ridge. It is a nice light clean place and the people there treated him with respect. He complained about the food but he also complained about the hospital food. They worked with him to get him what he wanted to eat. I've had no problems with the staff and they were responsive to our calls. He spent about three weeks there and I am happy to report he is now home.

My grandmother was recently at Cypress Ridge Care Center after a fall that resulted in having an emergency surgery. At first it took couple days to adjust being there because she is non English speaking. She speaks korean only. Surprisingly, she connected with the caring staff after few days. The staff were very attentive. I was concerned about weight loss because she prefers asian food most of the time but she actually enjoyed her meals at Cypress Ridge. At first I was apprehensive on my mother in law being in Monterey since we live in Campbell. I visited this facility 4 times. Dr. WU was her md in Salinas and recommended this facility. The CNAs were like a warm blanket of love to our Mother in Law. Three of the afternoon team went above and beyond with the care and love. Thank you. She's leaving next week and I'll recommend this place. Her path will be a long one but this place has certainly helped.
