My husband, 73, has been at Cypress Ridge for two weeks now, recuperating from a broken leg and other health issues. We have been pleased and appreciative of the care he has received. The entire staff represents the facility, and they deserve recognition and accolades for performing their duties diligently and kindly. I would like to especially commend CNAs Katie Coburn and Rita Cervantes for their kindness. James in Physical Therapy has been especially helpful to my husband to help him regain strength and mobility.

My father has been in this facility since his transfer from CHOMP. He has been undergoing intensive therapy and care since his stroke. The staff and different therapy groups as well as social services have been wonderful. He has been improving daily, concerns are addressed right away and I have not encountered any major issues. The atmosphere is good and I feel confident he is in good hands when I am not there. Kudos to everyone at Cypress Ridge! Thank you for keeping an eye on pops!

Cypress Care Center has been an amazing experience for my family. All staff are willing to take the time to help fulfill all needs with questions and recommendations. Special kudos to Hennessy Sanchez in admissions, she was very polite and professional throughout my family's experience. Would definitely recommend!!

Michelle the admission's director, took personal time to make sure my m was taken care of, by the whole staff. This is a great skilled nursing facility. Everyone, knew my mom, Gwendolyn. All staff looked out for her precious needs. Wonderful people. My mom's health improved. Cynthia, and the Doctors are so kind.

Just spent 103 days at Cypress Ridge! Must say it was a new experience for me. A good experience I must say thanks to all the wonderful people who were taking great care of me. I want to thank them all. From the lady's who cleaned my room each day to the nurses and in house doctors who constantly kept an eye on me. Was looking for care for my uncle and was directed to Cypress Ridge Care Center. Really clean facility tucked away in the forest of Monterey. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming. They became like family to us. I never had to worry that he wasn't getting the best treatment especially with most of our family being so far away. I definitely made the right choice with Cypress Ridge.

My mother had an injury recently which resulted in her needing physical therapy to regain her strength. Wanting her to be close to home, we chose Cypress Ridge Care Center. Unaware of the wonderful reputation Cypress Ridge has, I still managed to be amazed by my mothers transformation and fell in love with the facility. This is our 2nd time here with our Father a 102yr old WWII Veteran and the CRC staff ( Michelle, Ryan, John, Ella, Jovanne, Aaron, Christine etc.) have been just wonderful!! We are an active, involved family ( which I highly recommend ) so we appreciate the Care, PT, OT, community that this facility offers!

My aunt Cindy was admitted here in March for a hip replacement. After arriving at the facility she had a complication from the medication she was given at the hospital so she went back to the hospital. After two days she was sent back to Cypress Ridge care center. There the team put together a plan to help her recover. She was up and walking comfortability in 3 days. I'm very impressed with the level of care provided at this facility. Ryan was very helpful with weekend communication regarding visitation. Thank you!
