The whole process has been a nightmare. Contractors were fired on the first day of installation. windows are separating from the walls. The brand new wood frame is already going bad. one of the windows are broken. Every time I call and leave a message no one calls me back and doesn't send anyone out here to fix the problems. One contractor came out and made a list of problems saying they would be calling in 2 weeks to get an appointment made to fix everything. and that was months ago. he has now quit since then and hasn't se... read more

Took over a month to complete our reroof due to hail damage. Sometimes we had 2 men working on the reroof, but usually it was one man working alone. Left roof unprotected during a rain storm so we had leaks in our ceiling. Phone calls are rarely, if ever, returned. We found out they doubled what it cost them to replace our roof. Left the roll off dumpster in our driveway after the roof was completed long enough to crack the driveway. If Dabella knocks on your door, shut the door, lock it and run!

Our roof was not done correctly. No permit. Damage to interior because roof leaked. Doesn't pass inspection, not up to code. They keep saying they "are working on it". The bad reviews are all true and believe me it does get worse. Mediation is a joke that they build in to their contract.... Wonder WHY??? Do not contact with this company for any reason.

They gave me a quote for three windows on 9/25/25 for about $10,000. At first I really liked their sales team. I thought their product seemed like a good quality product and their sales team was very nice. However they soon became very pushy . After telling them no several times their last price was about 5 grand. After telling them no again and actually going outside so that they would leave I received a call from them asking if they could come by and crunch numbers again. The ******* sales agents are crooks, in my opinion. They offer a free quote and come to your home to provide you information about their products and services. **** and ***** showed up at our home yesterday at 5:00pm and did not leave until 9:30pm. I purchased a new roof from Dabella about a year and half ago. The roof came out great but when installing the roof my exhaust vent to my water heater was put out of place. They came out to try to fix it but seemed to make it worse. Now my laundry room is extremely hot and heat does not escape the room as it should. Had someone come a year ago or so. But wasn't something we could afford they still send people every month to harass us. This month they sent someone and I told the guy no multiple times. He still said he was sending someone out. Even tho I told him no. Then came back to my house 3 times in one day. Said our time for tomorrow was 6pm. Even though I said no. The customer service and quality of my tub/shower installation was poor. Im not satisfied with the tub. The material is thin plastic and when stepping in tub it creaks and makes a popping noise... like there is no support under the tub. I got a call me from the project mngr asking if I was satisfied with job and ready to start financing payments via a voicemail. I called back and left vm with my concerns.
