I don't know how they gamed BBB reviews, but this company is terrible for so many reasons and they used to have a 1.x score. After my experience with them, I have to assume they paid for these reviews.

Had a rep over to quote our windows being replaced. Never before have my wife an I had such a terrible and stressful experience in our lives. It was worse than high pressure it was ridiculous! Very disappointed!!

This company is a total fraud!! They were SO pushy but we signed the contract against my gut feeling. Long story short, they took our money and ran!!! PSA: if anyone from this company contacts you, tell them to F off!!

Stay far away. Door to door sales and lie through their teeth. Push you into signing stuff. They started at $14k than it was $10k than it was $9k. Way overpriced for a $5k job and now we are getting better windows too. They lie lie lie. And than their customer service is non existent. This company should be labeled as fraud because they massively overcharge and go door to door looking for people who don't know better.

Honestly! I believe this is the second time I have tried this company. Of course they never showed up the first time with a bunch of excuses why. This was back in I believe 2022. This time, they texted and texted to make sure that I was interested in their "free quote" and wanted to make sure that my husband was capable of making decisions. Really?
