It went very well. We have accepted their proposals and await contract performance.
We have just contracted with Da Bella Exteriors, LLC, to replace windows and side our house. Representatives Ryan and Ian were extremely professional and gave a very thorough presentation. The work has yet to be performed but the inspection and counseling were absolutely fantastic. Marty did a fantastic job of explaining their services to us and made us feel very comfortable despite the inherent cost of such a project.
Ryan Montserrat and Jen were extremely polite and helpful. Neither Ryan or Jen used high pressure sales tactics. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I am pleased with this company so far.
I will update after installation, but don't anticipate anything but perfection.
