Sierra and Matt did a great job in presenting the company and what they can do. Very thorough and professional. It was nice to meet them and discuss our roofing options.
Dave and JR came out to the home and assessed what we needed. They were very personable and professional. They presented their products and took the time to answer questions. They worked with us to get a price that we were comfortable with. Great experience.
Sales process
Their sales rep Ian has been unbelievably excellent! I have nothing bad to say about this company whatsoever, so far. The ordering process has gone so smoothly, and every representative I've come in contact with has been absolutely amazing.
DaBella's representative Sierra M. arrived punctually, did an external inspection as best she could given a very steep roof pitch, and an attic inspection. Then she did a thorough explanation of DaBella's history, practices, and products--very informative. Lastly, she provided a quote. She did everything I was told she would do when the appointment was made, so there were no surprises there. We tried contacting multiple contractors to have a leaking window looked at, it seemed impossible to get anyone to do an estimate. There were also multiple companies that jerked us around as well.
