Process is going great so far. Two more days of using these nasty old bathrooms.
Asher King is the representative that we spoke with from DaBella, Asher did a thorough inspection in the attic and on the roof itself. He took photos of the problem areas to show me. He explained the products. Even though he is fairly new to DaBella he was very knowlegible and took the time to explain the problems. There was no hard sell. We are waiting for the work start date.
We had a few communication hiccups between the contracting crew and the office, but both RJ and Mario were always happy to answer our questions and make sure things kept running smoothly. Mostly we just wanted to know for sure which days and when they were coming so we could be prepared and also keep our pets out of the way. The contractors were very polite and did an excellent job. Estimate was fantastic and left me with no question as to who is doing my roofing work from here on out.
They're very thorough. I did like the fact that they crawled into my attic and gave suggestions to improve the ventilation. Often, the intake is blocked in the attic because of insulation. They put an low profile intake on top of the roof. Which takes out the extra heat. I liked the inspection. They used GAF shingles which is a good quality. I am in the process of gathering bids for repair of my roof. I was presented a very descriptive itemization of the the materials and the cost of them being istalled. I felt nothing was left out or hidden in the least bit. The cost is reasonable considering the amount of repair and the quality of the materials.
