Awaiting installation.
We haven't yet had the work completed on our home (siding and windows), but am very happy with the quality of customer service and attentiveness we have gotten. Duke has been wonderful to work with and has led us through every step of the way. I can't wait to see how beautiful our home is once it is all complete!
The presentation was full of information on the product and the company. The product is top of the line. The sales reps did a great job explaining the product and the installation. We feel good about signing with Da Bella Exterior, and we would recommend Da Bella to anyone who wants a quality product. Thank you Dakota and Tyler for all the information .
The workers were professional and well trained. The roofing crew worked for two and a half days and left after walking me thru an inspection of the roof. They did a good job of cleaning up the debris and sweeping the sidewalks and the driveway. The crew that put up the gutters were also very good. We ran into a small problem with the new gutters being larger than the old ones. They offered me some options and we agreed on what worked the best for me.
Jordan Richmond was efficient, professional and knowledgeable of the product and the industry. He came prepared, had product to show me and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with Jordan and getting the Woodland roof done by Dabella!
Initial conversation went very well. Bryce and Jeff came by to perform the estimate which was more of an educational meeting than talking numbers. About 85% of the nearly 4 hour long meeting was going over in great detail the history, reputation and goal of the company as well as the companies they use for supplies. Justin Johnson from Da Bella Exteriors arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He had proper identification, a nice uniform jacket and extensive samples of the product he was selling. Justin made a thorough presentation after examining my existing roof. He answered my many questions clearly with pictures and drawings to aid in my understanding. DaBella was prompt to send an estimator, Matt Pittam. Matt did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. His presentation was probably the most professional I've seen. His recommendation was for a tear-down and new roof rather than a re-roof. The new roof would have a 50-year warranty. If it is decided to do a tear-down and re-roof I will seriously consider this company.
