As a retired state of California housing inspector I was very impressed with not only his description of the installation methods that DaBella Ext. uses and pointed out as well the differences in comparison with the average re-roofing installations. My wife and I both agreed that a complete roof and gutter replacement was needed. Scott and DaBella worked out an initial deposit and finance plan that we could easily afford. Excellent presentation! Both Zane and Bryce are very professional, from the moment you meet them at the door. They dress professionally and were respectful of our home. Time wise, it went quite well from start to finish. I'm satisfied that the work was completed. I'm not satisfied with the color and their color chart didn't look at all like the finished product. May be the fault of the company they buy from. I got a Cape Cod grey that, to me looks like it has a greenish tint to it. I don't like the various seams that are visible and I don't like the fact that I'll have to wash it at least twice a year to get visible dirt off of it. From afar, you can't see it. The DaBella staff was well versed on the pros and cons of various roofing options. They presented several options from which we made our selection. All questions were answered completely and straightforward. The employees of the roofing contractor, Pinnacle, arrived on time and were extremely professional in the performance of their work. They were available for questions and explained their process thoroughly. Even our neighbors commented on the quality and efficiency of their work.

Communication poor at the beginning and end but overall the job was excellent with a great team of workers that I would hire again in a heartbeat.
Reroof was completed in 2 days, however we were having a skylight changed out at the same time and the skylight they brought was not the correct size. Proper size was ordered. It took a little longer than expected to get the new skylight, but once it came in they came out and installed promptly. We discovered that upon removing and replacing the old skylight when the screws were put in it cracked the drywall. They were a few more days sending someone to repair. All work was completed.
