Peter was great! Very personable and easy to talk to. Was very honest and upfront about the options available, and didn't try to sell me windows I couldn't afford or need. He and Matt worked with my budget to help get me the product that will be best for me. <br />I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Peter and look forward to having an excellent product installed <br />
I requested twice that the salesman list out the price per window because we couldn't afford to replace all of our windows at the same time. He did not give me what I asked for. I was not impressed that they sold 1 product for windows. He kept talking about virgin vinyl and how they are the only company to use virgin vinyl. If he had spent more time listening to our needs he may have made a sale, but unfortunately it felt like he was more interested in practicing his sales pitch. My experience went really well. Although I didn't make the decision to move forward at this time, I know that I will be using DeBella Exteriors for my roof and will request Bruce to come to my home again!
