Chris did a great job on explaining what the estimate he gave involved. He was professional and not pushy. I checked out DaBella Exteriors across the board and was very impressed with other reviews and went to there website and was equally impressed with the lady who owns the company and the way she does business. I like the fact she puts her customers first and treats her high quality employees well, also. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Pre service. I had an estimate done which ended up turning into a sell. I was impressed by the professionalism of the presentation of DaBella's products and services. Most roofing estimates they just do their measurements and write out the quote not DaBella. John Harris & Ron Stewart were very informative and helpful with my questions. Austin the installer and his helper James were caring, professional, punctual, good work ethic and cleaned up completely. Sherie, the salesperson is delightful, energetic, respectful, follows up with her clients routinely, good work ethic, responsible to the needs of her clients.
They're very good. They were very expensive but it was a long guarantee. Everything they did was A1 quality. The manufacturer came out and did an inspection, which they do for every roof they install. If it's not done up to the manufacturer's specifications. The clean up was good; they went around the house with a magnet to pick up all the nails. We were very pleased with them.
<p>RJ was great telling us all about the product, very thorough. Had comparison products to show so that we could see and understand the difference between theirs and competitors. Contractors came out to install and it went quickly. No mess. Done with complete professionalism. I would defiantlygo to them again for other work. We have one punch list item to be finished and it'll be a wrap.</p>
We were particularly impressed and pleased by the service representative, Jeff. Thank you, Jeff, for all of the information you gave us and all of the questions you answered. We thought the presentation was very professional and informative. We thought the windows looked very high quality, and were exactly what we needed. The only reason we didn't have the work done at this time was because of the cost. <br />
The bid went great. Their siding was good and the price was about average for vinyl siding. They even use the manufacturer of the siding for the installs. When we are ready to do our siding we will definitely be using Dabella.
