What a great experience! The DaBella sales rep, Nicole,was on time, courteous, professional, and so incredibly knowledgeable. Explained services and pricing well...answered all questions ( and I had many), and helped formulate solutions for our individual needs.
At present time I am anxiously awaiting the install of my new siding and windows. It can't happen soon enough for me. My big hold up is waiting for the sale of my fathers house as I am the sole heir. Financing was of course offered but I wanted to pay cash. I have already had the siding and windows measured and I can't wait. I'm sure my neighbors will be pleased as well as my siding is such a mess The windows will all be custom built not just a make do retrofit. <br />
John came out and did our roof inspection. We had just signed up for an estimate but he insisted on doing an inspection to see if we really even needed a new roof. I have to say, the pictures he showed us were eye-opening. We hadn't been on our roof for years except for cleaning out the gutters. He reassured us that the wear and tear we were experiencing were not abnormal, but the shingles were in a worse state than we could see from the ground. Now that we know about our siding and the issues we have, we are extremely excited to get this project going. We are very happy with the presentation and with the product itself. Joe Ramirez was the person we spoke with. He was so nice and not even a bit pushy. He not only measured and inspected the roof but he even went in the attic to see how the plywood looked. The attic was so hot that he came back sweating alot. He said the plywood was fine but that our shingles were on thier last leg. He took the time to explain all that a roof is made of and really educated us on how a proper roof is installed. Finally there is an honest contractor in our community! Ian Walker was our representative that came out to help us figure out what solution best suites our needs. Our roof has been on its last leg for about five years now but to replace a roof has always been WAY to expensive. Thankfully Ian was able to get us financed on the project.
