Time from consultation to install was longer than expected because they had to come for a second and third measurement but they were able to stay within the 6-8 week timeframe we were originally given. I?m sure we may have been able to find cheaper options out there but I love the new windows! Monty did a good job on the presentation of the company and the value of the product. Also be able to find us the right financing and discount according to our needs. The only thing I would change is to abbreviate the initial marketing part and avoid duplication of information.

The installer was super fast, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. Hes the 7th subcontractor Ive had over in the last 4 months for various other projects and by far the best. His work is impeccable!
I was very impressed by how fast they removed our old shower and tub! They said it would take 2 days and they were finished in 2 days! Our house was built in 1959 and this is the first inside big remodel we've done. We are very happy!!! Mary E.
Great experience, very refreshing working with a company that actually does what is expected in Portland as it seems very hard to find. From the supplier dropping off the materials to the crew doing the work, very professional and great workmanship.
Excellent workers worked in freezing and windy conditions
Install is still a couple months out. Sales demo was very informative. Jennifer was most accommodating when our appt was interrupted due to emergent need to leave on our part. She came back 2 hours later and finished the process. Looking forward to upgrading 66 year old windows
