Service or Repair Issues On April 22nd I received a phone call from a number I didn't know so I did not answer it. I got another call from that number on 4-24, then 2 more times on 4/30. I called the number and saw it was Dabella roofing. They had come out soliciting a year before and done an assessment on our roof and showed us their system and I was not interested in it as we had 10 more years left on our roof per our inspection when we bought the house. Order Issues June 6,2023 bought 9 windows from DaBella . In the beginning it seemed a little pricey so tried to cancel but too late so contacted the company to pay for windows only and they agreed and set me up with Aqua Finance to pay for windows but decided to pay off the amount of windows. We put $1000.00 down in beginning and owed for windows $10,960.00 paid off each window was $1200.00 . Pricey. Service or Repair Issues Are use my debit card to pay a down payment. Hey salesman came to the house to get a price to install the windows at the 3 1/2 hours. It came to a price around 9000 I gave him permission to eight $1800 down payment 15 hours later the next morning I called the salesman and I had to cancel it installation because of personal problems that I have to take care of for us. Service or Repair Issues I had Dabella come knock on my door and ask me about a free window quote. I took them up on this offer, had them come into my home and they did a assessment. I chose to not place an order not because it was too expensive but because I would be moving soon and the warranty stays with the house and not the homeowners. Service or Repair Issues They left pieces of window trim all over the yard. Windows are smeared with what I do not know. A screen was left behind some furniture. Does not fit!
Sales and Advertising Issues I was looking for a company to purchase a bow window from and needed installation too. I went through the entire sales pitch, signed a purchase agreement and had them help me get financing. I was approved for the financing and was told someone would be out to do a critical measure of the window within a week. That was back un February and *** now April 3. Customer Service Issues I have attached a letter, authored by me which states the issue clearly and in detail. I will say here that DaBella and I came to a purchase agreement of which they have not held up their end. I am still waiting for my screens and the promised redo of unacceptable trim work. I have attempted to resolve this issue through contacting ******* and have been told, repeatedly, that someone will get back to me. No one has. I am in contact with a lawyer and prepared to take action if necessary.
Product Issues On 3-19-2024 we had **** and **** from ******* out to quote windows, the ended up getting us to say yes, we let them know we were waiting on a loan. **** said we had to write a postdated check and when if we needed to cancel just let them know. we never received copies of any sort of contract however we did sign one stating we would let them know within 3 days id we wanted to cancel. Sales and Advertising Issues My house has a clearly posted No Soliciting sign that their employee clearly ignored as he walked by to try to give me a sales pitch. After multiple attempts to say I wasnt interested he kept pushing until I had to just close the door.
