Dahlia's communication and follow through while we were purchasing our house was outstanding. Not only did she update us weekly by phone but she would follow up with an email summarizing where we were at in the process. She is a pleasure to work with and very professional. I know you can't pick your loan officer's usually but if you get the chance to I would pick Dahlia!!!!!

Dahlia did an excellent job explaining the lending process to me. She broke the information down in a way that I could understand it. She made sure to call me weekly to let me know where they were at in the process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Even when I called her in a panic she never lost her focus and was always pleasant and professional. The level of service she provided far exceeded my expectations.
