Your team did a great job of responding quickly to emails and letting us know what we needed to do. The only thing that was sometimes frustrating was that we weren't entirely sure where we were at in the process. At the start, we were informed that there were 7 steps but these were not fully explained to us so we were sometimes confused as to what the next step was.

We appreciated how QUICK the process went with Dale and his team, especially since it was a particularly busy time in the market with low rates and a lot of refinances.
