Andy came out this morning and gave my furnace a check up, repaired my gas fireplace, and installed a new vent and hood for my clothes dryer. Very nice and respectful (covered his shoes without being asked, which was awesome because we just got new carpet the year before). I am kind of lax when it comes to home maintenance, so his work was cut out for him. He took care of everything and didn’t lay on the guilt! Thanks Andy! I promise to do better from now on! 😁

Had Andy out to work on my furnace.. Not only did he find several small things that had broken and needed replacing, he actually taught me something about my Aprilaire attachment that no technician has ever mentioned to me in all the years I've had this furnace (a LONG time). Scheduled an appointment with Dalton's-1 1/2 weeks out. Received a call from Erica telling us they had an opening this morning. Was very glad to have the appointment moved up as we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Mike came out and reviewed the problem, explained about the Complete Home Comfort membership and started the repair.
