RecommendedJustin was pretty straight with me on my AC issues, and did not pressure me into any decisions. I was confidant he knew what he was talking about
I had Mike Stephens come to fix an issue with my toilet. He did a great job explaining what he thought the problem was and what was needed to fix it, as well as what the next step would be if the first attempt didn't work. He also did the plumbing inspection that is part of the service contract. As with all the Dalton's employees I've met, Mike was very professional and friendly.
HVAC system went out during a really bad heat wave, Dalton's first tried to fix the problem (thanks William), then when that was not an option, Billy came and explained costs and systems. Finally Steve came(they fit me in so we could finally get the house cooled down), the project went longer then I think they expected but stayed until it was done, late on a Friday night. Thanks and definitely a good group to deal with.
On one of the hottest days, our AC froze up, on Memorial Weekend. Justin came out on Sunday night, and then again the next morning to follow up. Excellent service and we really liked Justin. Great service from a great company.
We had Brad out to check our A/C and he did a great job explaining the difference between repairing and replacing the unit that is about 36 years old. Thanx Brad!

I had John McGhee inspect my plumbing and Justin Else inspect my A/C and electrical. Both were very friendly and professional. The service contract with Dalton is an extremely good value. It is nice knowing that everything is clean and working well...and it is also nice to know when something is getting to that point where you may want to replace it before it is more of a problem. Thank you John, Justin, Dave, and the entire crew!
Jake Flanscha came by to do a plumbing inspection. He was very helpful in describing any issues that we had and also what to do to about them. We have lived in our house for 15 years, and Dalton's has been our go to problem solver with any plumbing or heating issues during that time. Also, their service contract is super as well!
I arranged an appointment for an air conditioning check. Brad Pieper performed the service. He was very friendly, conscientious and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and why. He provided some helpful tips and impressed me with his honesty and trustworthiness. I highly recommend him.
