RecommendedJosh K was our HVAC tech. He came to clean and inspect our ac unit while we were on vacation. He call ahead of time to let us know he was coming. He made adjustments, cleaned a/c outside and made a few recommendations for the future. We are going to get the yearly plan he left info about. We would highly recommend their services. Just wish we would have seen this before. It’s hard to buy something someone is selling you over the phone. Thanks again Josh K and Dalton phc
I called in a panic yesterday when my air conditioner stopped working and it was 83 degrees inside my house. Brad arrived shortly and discovered the problem right away. He replaced the part and the house immediately started cooling down. He then did not charge me for the service call because this failing part would have been discovered had I arranged for an inspection of my air conditioner. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service and I will recommend Dalton’s.
