Mike was friendly and professional and gave great advice about how to move forward with various plumbing questions. I am always happy with my service from Dalton, and the most recent visit was no exception!
Josh checked my furnace today. He also offered to change the batteries in my smoke alarms and suggested changes I might want to make on some of the electrical outlets. I appreciate his willingness to explain technical stuff in a way that I can understand.
Brad was here this morning right on time. He checked everything from the gfi outlets to the electrical box. They even replaced all of the batteries in the smoke/co alarms. Very thorough!!!! Nice job...
The office kept us updated as to when our technician would arrive...and before the work day ended! We told the office what water heater was needed so they had a guy go to the warehouse to bring it to the tech who was working on it, saving time. He was efficient and explained things to us as needed. When he broke our pail accidentally he brought us a new one! Both CFU and the city inspector said Andy did a super job in the installation.
Thank you Dalton Plumbing for sending Brad to go our cooling inspection. He was extremely thorough and easy to deal with! We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to working with Brad again... Thank you!

Andy did a great job. It was raining with thunder and lightning when he arrived. I expected him to wait it out or reschedule. But no, he worked outside in the pouring rain to replace the failed capacitor in our AC condenser unit. Thank you Andy!
