RecommendedAndy did a great job! He was super nice and very respectful! When he went in the house he put his booties on and when he went out he took them off, every single time! When asked about something he didn't know about he referred me to someone else in the company who would know more than him instead of faking knowledge...very thankful!

When they came to our house to put in our new A\C and hot water heater they were very polite did a very good job. If I had a question they did not have aproblem to answer it.
Dalton's folks completed our annual plumbing, electrical and air conditioner checks and maintenance yesterday. Michael Stephens did the plumbing and was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and helpful. Justin Else did the electrical and AC and again, he was very thorough, friendly and helpful. Only issue I have had with Dalton's over past couple years that we have used them is one of the schedulers that calls is not very friendly or helpful. (A couple are very good though.)
Super grateful for the service that was shown to us by Dalton's! Paul Roloff was wonderful to work with and so kind. Cole Galles installed our unit and he was quick and professional. Would definitely recommend Dalton's!
Justin came to check our electric and plumbing. He was prompt, polite, and explained things well.
We had a sump pump fail on us after a day of pretty constant rain (we have a back-up system, so no water in the basement!). Called in on the after-hours line, and they had a tech (Michael Stephens) out the next morning. Everything was fixed timely, and we were informed a bit about warning signs to watch out for in the future (other than rising water).
