Response emails were very short, unprofessional and unclear. I had to ask several times to explain things in more depth. At closing, a fee more than what the title company provided was charged by the lender and it was never covered or mentioned by the loan officer. This left me very frustrated as I expressed several times that I did not want any surprises at closing and that happened anyway.

Provide updates as closing date came and went. Respond to inquiries timely since you didn’t update us before the rate expiring. Nothing moved until we went to management. Worst service that was blamed on the pandemic. I don’t care that you all are working from home. I’m an RN and never got the chance to work at home and I found your excuses to be hollow.

The process for my refinance from start to finish took almost 5 months which is ridiculous. Even during a pandemic, I know for a fact other company are moving quicker. However, on the back end, Daniel did a great job of understanding my frustration and trying to make me whole with a lender credit which I very much appreciated.

Daniel handed my mortgage off to an incompetent associate (Tori Robinson) who, after weeks of poor communication (Daniel copied on all), delayed the closing of my loan to 9 days beyond contractual obligation. I sent everything I was asked for within 48 hours and asked for follow-up / confirmation of receipt every time along with "let me know if there is anything else you need from me". After 2 weeks of nothing, I got a message the day before scheduled closing telling me they needed things.

Okay experience. Convenient communication over email but the process was really slow with lots of follow-up emails. Started in September, didn't close until December. I'll chalk tha up to COVID. Shortly after closing however, I had some pretty basic questions for Daniel or his assistant Lindsay. I couldn't get a call back or even email, after numerous tries. Eventually the Title company got my question answered for me. Kind of a shame. Communication should be an important part of this process.

Better communication from the loan servicers. The only time I got updates was when I reached out to see where we were at and what was going on. Also, having them do their job right the first time rather than waiting a month and having to start the closing process all over again would have been great, too.

The process was very delayed. We reached out multiple times and sometimes didn’t receive a response. We weren’t told that our closing time was pushed back and we were waiting and took off work. We were promised that we were ready to close in 2 days multiple times when it fact it was months later. I feel that we weren’t given a realistic timeline, we were told 30-60 days, when took 4 months.
